Best Anti-Virus & Spyware Software For Mac

I have recently bought a Mac and have been told they can get very "little" Viruses. Does anyone know the best Virus & Spyware software for Mac?

There are zero known viruses in the wild for OS X. You are safe not running any.

If you are really paranoid you can look into clamAV X which I think is not current and may only run on older macs, but its free open source.
 
Yes i agree - i have heard from a friend that traceydog and i know who said that they (macs) can get virus. i have never known someone to get a virus on a mac. :):)

adarsh, sorry about the double post, the website froze. Umm thanks Gamemaster and tlarkin for looking into finding software, but I'll think I leave it. I did try clamavx before.

UNIX POSIX by design requires authentication for any kind of software to install that would affect anything at the system level. Which means, you would have to be tricked into authorizing it to install.
