Best blog software?

Looking to start up a blog so i can post the various stuff I'm working on at any given moment. Curious if anyone had any suggestions.
So, suggestions? :P
 
If you are asking what Blog Sites you should use below are some suggestions.
You can try Blogger or Wordpress.

Blogger
WordPress

I never used Wordpress but it is pretty popular.
And Blogger I have used and it is highly customizable if you know HTML properly.

Are you talking about the blog content?

Actual blog sites to use for making my own,guess i should have worded that better. I've been looking at wordpress atm, seems pretty decent. Might give that a try, so how it goes.

And yeah, i know javascript,html,etc if it comes down to that kind of stuff.

Can you select from the options below
1.You want help with the content on the blog?
2.You want to decide what the blog would be about.
3.You want to make your own Blogging Site like Wordpress or Blogger?

I'm looking for the best site to start a blog. So option 3. Sorry for the confusion :P
I've settled for wordpress at the moment.

So what the blog will be about?

Judging from your Posts I am guessing it will be mostly about Open Source Softwares.
Am I right?

Yes and no. Open source will be a huge part, I'm going to do a write up on that sometime tonight i think. It's pretty much just going to detail whatever I'm working on at the moment, whether it be a new linux distro, working on custom kernels, any of the programs I'm working on, any cool new scripts i found, new technology, etc. It'll also be combined with my life as i enter college and begin studying comp sci/comp engineering, so a bit of college life will be thrown in as well, for variety. :P
I added a link in my sig to anyone who is interested, and anyone who has added me on google+ will probably be aware of when i post something new. I only have one real post so far, but then again, it's a day old blog:P
So, nothing serious, just something to detail whatever i'm working on. :)
 
You might want to start out on Tumblr, it's pretty good. If you like customizing every little detail of your blog like I do, then go with WordPress.
