Best "Budget" Mobo

Now, to most of us a budget mobo is about $80 - $150. However for this build I am going to build a cpu mainly for d/ling torrents and the occasional world of warcraft LAN party at the house (LoL I know..) So, for this budget build I am looking for a mobo in the $50 - $75 region!! However, the only thing that wont be budget is the VGA and the CPU (8800 + Q6600). So, with that being said what would be a good board that would support the VGA and CPU, also overclocking is something I will probably never do with this board so that wont be an issue. So post back with your suggestions for my cheapest build yet.!

I would recomend a cheap intel board. Intel makes pretty good low end boards, although their high end ones suck for the money.
