Best buy?? Or build???

I have been contemplating either building a pc or buying a store model. I really want the AMD 955 processor but am not sure on the rest of the stuff to compliment it. Seems when you look at "built" stuff, you dont end up with Wireless lan and bluetooth, an operating system, or a card reader.

If I buy a store model I get this stuff, but have a week processor, power supply, and hard drive, or am I worng??

Lo, thanks, but I have never built a pc before, not that it would be to difficult or anything, just something I have never done.
I need a computer fast, but want something good that will work!!

I want:

-AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition OR 965, ot sure yet
-8 GIG ddr3 RAM
-Decent video card
-standard 7.1 sound card
-Basic power supply powerful enough to make it work
-Not sure about Hard drives and what I should get
-Windows 7, Word, Excel, photoshop, etc.
-Internal Bluetooth
-Internal wireless LAN
-Standard case ( Could I use my old HP A350n case, dvd drives, and card reader??? Would all the new stuff fit in and hook up?

I would love some help or a good place to shop for what I need.

***EDIT***
Oh right, back on topic. Don't worry, nitro, either I'll help you when I'm finished with schoolwork or cuzza here will ;)

Hey Nitro!

What's your budget? Building is really quite easy and an experience you'll never forget!

Really, it's never an option... you just have to build, otherwise you're making some Geek Squad guy happy with the money he stole from you. And NO ONE wants a Geek Squad guy happy... because he knows he knows nothing. (Although, I was thinking of joining the Geek Squad just to be like 10 times better than the rest of the employees)
