Best card for $100

What is the best card for $100 I had found found some good ones but I wanted to know what the forum, (The massive wealth of computer knowledge would say:D )
 
First you would want to specify the type of card you are looking for. That would go a lot further in seeing recommendations.(gee I was just looking at Sapphire Radeon X1600 Pro last night for.... quiet! don't give'em any ideas. yaa but that cost... oops! $102.99 :P )

woops, sorry I ment for pcix16 and about $100, I thought I saw one that 16 pixil pipelines for $85
 
Either way, it will be easily outperformed by a 7600GS, at $68.

If the budget will stretch by $10, a 7600GT is a great card.

These are the two cards i'd be considering :)
