Best card for under $70?

What do you think the best video card would be for less than $70? My GF needs a new video card (shes got an ancient 16MB PCI POS) and I thought I'd jsut get me a new one and let her have my 9200. I just don't want to spend much, and I'd still like somewhat of an upgrade.

I was looking around and found alot of 6200 cards, but I heard they are pretty weak cards. Would a 9600 be better? I also found alot of 9600's, and even some "PRO" models for under $70. Which do you think would be better?

EDIT: Wow, there seems to be alot of controversy between the 6200 vs. 9600. I'll definetly need help on this decision.

Yah, on newegg.com they have hoards of AGP8X versions.

There seem to be more choices than the 2 I listed...

X550 - never heard of
6200 - better shader support, better for newer games
9600 - faster performance wise, better for older games or DX8

So, which would you pick? I can't decide!!! :(
 
If this is to be a sort of 'tide me over until my next major upgrade' I'd go with the cheapest (probably a 6200 64MB version), if you want something that has a bit of power to it so it could last a little longer I'd go with the 9600.
 
Hmm, well I can't seem to find a 64MB 6200 for AGP. I won't be upgrading for a while either, so I think I am going to go with the 9600. I found a 9600XT for $72, but it's a refurb so I might not get it, the site says not to expect it to even come with a heatsink :( But there are a few 9600PRO's that are retail/OEM only like $72.
