Best connection privacy wise

Which would be the best connection type for Privacy, where nobody would be seeking into your internet activity ( even if you are somewhere in a third world country, like mine ).


In addition to that, if i buy a 768kbps broadband connection, how much download speed will i get in average?

If you have a 768k connection, the 768k means you will download at MAXIMUM 768kiloBITS per second, not kilobytes. So, you divide 768 by 8 because there are 8 bits in a byte, to get 96kilobytes per second. If you want to download a 10 megabyte file, it would take 104 seconds on a perfect connection.
