Best cooling products

What do you think are some of the best cooling products? I am looking mainly for items less than $50 USD.

What I really need is a suggested heat sink (i'm a using the stock one) to bring my cpu temp down about 10c or more from 55c idle. I also need another intake fan, and the only place I can think to put it is in the 5.25" drive bay or the 3 1/2" bay, but I can't seem to find any fans to fit there.

for heatsinks, try an XP-90 with a panaflow fan.

Okay, thanks guys, i will check those out. I heard the heat pipe cooling devices/ aluminum work pretty well, but theres just so many of them. I'm gonna consider that xp-90 you mentioned I2EN3GADE, thanks. Looks like you got to get a fan for it too.
