Best driving game for PC?

any1 played Flatout? i got it a month ago. its got really good graphics and gameplay. the neat thing about it is your driver can get ejected from the car and fly across the map in slo-mo. and theres mini games too like high jump, bowling, darts, etc. you use your driver as the projectile. most fun when played at lanpartys.
 
i don't like racing games, but i think that need for speed undergound 1&2 are best racing game ever in pc, other racing games in pc sucks
