What is the best free media player that will play back mp3's like a decent, physical mp3 player w good Equilizer stuff like Excess Bass, Live, etc.?

(WMP doesn't deliver the same amount of Excess Bass thru High-Quality EARPHONES as a decent physical mp3 player).
