I'm looking for a free good skin which is the same theme as the normal XP skin but modified to look glass-y/shiny. You know what I mean? Does anyone know where I could get one?

Plus, Window Blinds if you really want to trick it out your PC. You have to pay for it, but it's well worth it if you're really into customizing.
EDIT: Also, Kornowki's got a nice Vista theme for XP. It's free also.
