best game?

That question is just a tad bit vague lol.
Are you looking for fps, rts, mmo, mmorgp, rpg?

No matter what on you want, the best game is totally in the eyes of the beholder.

Unfortunately, there currently seems to be somewhat of a dry spell for PC games right now. The best PC games recently would probably have to be LOTR or maybe C&C3. But to be honest, neither are "must buys". All the good games like Crysis and BioShock aren't coming out until later this year.
 
Don't always look for the newest game! I can't remember how many times i picked up an older game i heard good stuff 'bout and had a blast with it. Plus their older thus cheaper. :D
