Best gaming 19" lcd <400$

hey, i cant decide which 19" lcd monitor to choose, mainly because i know so little about them. Ive heard great things about the viewsonic vx924 19" but i really dont know. ive got a sony trinitron multiscan e240 15" or so crt and i was looking to upgrade. the best 19" "good for gaming" lcd thats <400$ is the one i want. any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Check out the LG Flatron line... I don't know how much $ they are, but man are they sexy

That is terrible advice I'm sorry to say. You do not purchase a monitor because it is "Sexy" (your words).

However that Viewsonic blows the LG away! the ViewSonic is not so bad looking either. However the point is... Don't purchase a computer part because it looks great.
