Best Gaming Laptop? (within my Budget)

Hello Everyone,

Well it's been a little while since I've been on here. I'm going to try to be more active on here, especially because I'm asking questions. Anyway, here's my question!

So I'm sort sick of moving around my desktop PC from my mum's to my dad's house and vice versa. I want to get a gaming PC. I might not get it quite yet (I don't have too much money) but I would like to try to get one this year.

I'm not sure exactly how much money you need to spend to get a good gaming laptop, so you tell me! Obviously the more I spend the better it's going to be (normally), but I'd like to get the most for my money. I don't want to spend anymore than $1,000, I can get a decent gaming laptop for less than that, right?

Thanks,
~Gun :)

Okay, thanks!

How will these perform in terms of gaming? Can they play most games on medium-high settings? Any money I could save would be great, I might search some of these graphics cards up and see how they perform, especially on Minecraft which is the main game I play at the moment.

you should be able to play with med setting.

check benchmark at notebookcheck.net, you should be able to play with med setting.

The lenovo one has the best GPU.

By the way, how big is your desktop? you could build desktop with m-itx for ease of transport.

Oh okay, I'll take a look at it now. Thanks!

Nah I'm looking for a laptop at the moment, if I did bring an m-itx desktop somwhere I'd still have to bring a keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.

Wow that's stange, only one person responding to me in 24 hours! I remember when threads used to be jam-packed with answers/recommendations within a couple of minutes!

C'mon everyone ;-;

I'm now looking for the best laptop under $800. I'll be using it for gaming, among other things.

I've been recommended THIS so far, do y'all agree?

Nope, doesn't look like it has dedicated graphics, no gaming on that thing. Get a laptop with dedicated, but make sure not to get a dedicated/large gaming laptop. They tend to weigh a lot, have bad battery life, and run hot. Look at these:

Make sure not to pick a large one.

This one has Iris Pro and will most likley have better battery life while gaming over the AVADirect notebooks, but will perform worse then similarly priced ones.

These are all over my budget and some not available in Australia. But I will take a look at some further to see if I can get something similar here.

My budget is $900.
