youre not going to get much better for less money , but let me suggest getting a good graphics card " EVGA geforce 8600 GTS " this is a great graphics card so shop around and maybe you might find a low enough price

I would probablt get a 9600x or 8800GT, but if those are out of your budget look at Radeon 4670, it's a great performer for the price.
