Best gfx card?

Time for a gfx card upgrade:cool::good:.

I'm selling my card to a buddy of mine and I'm ready to drop $340 at the most on a new one including shipping. Trying to find the best one I can get for that price and would like some input from others. Right now I'm leaning towards the 5850 but I can't decide which one.

Specs are in sig. Thanks for the help.:D
 
5850/gtx 470 for that price bracket, decide if it's worth the money for you to get the 470(you should be fine with just a 5850)
