Best GPU for around 300 US

I'm in the market for a new GPU around the 300 range +/- 30 dollars or so.

Please post your opinions for the best GPU around that price range. This is strictly for gaming, I plan on possibly getting a second card in the future.

If you're not planning on overclocking I'd grab the XFX one for lifetime warranty.
