I just installed a nice home theater system in my living room. I want to buy a new computer and was looking at a laptop. I want to use it as a media center for my H/T .... streaming TV/Movies/music...etc. AS WELL as a everday use laptop for the Wife and myself.
1080P and 7.1 surround... or @ least 5.1 surround are must haves
I want to purchase from a box store, to save me some hassle.
Can anyone suggest a good Laptop for this purpose ? Price is not so much a concern at the moment. $0-$1000
Also, should I maybe be looking at a desktop style HTPC instead ?
