no gaming will be done on this laptop. its for my mom who is a travelling tax consultant. so she needs fast and be able to run mutli programs at once. HDD doesnt need to be big. 80GB should be enough. not too good with laptop's so any help would be good. thanks

how about going to some other store
i know shops in my city which sell better notebooks, just check out something else like dell (Inspiron 1300 with some extra ram wouldnt be a bad choice) for instance or just get a couple of flyers and post the advertisements theyve got.

wow for that price you can get an awesome deal, (i live in australia), you should check out http://www.digitalstar.com.au they have very good custom made laptops. go to the BTO section, and you can custom make a laptop to meet want you want. i shopped around, and they have very good prices. if you have any other queries about them i would be more than willing to help, PM me if you want.
