Best Laptop under 600

Hey guys,
I am trying to help someone find a good laptop for their work. Their budget is under $600-700. Mainly for email presentations and programs. They are a Realtor. So they do have apps and stuff.
Any help would be appriciated,

I can see mobility being a key item as a realtor (you'd move the laptop with you from home to home..?).

The Dell Inspiron is a good series of laptops to choose from as I have enjoyed mine for the past 2 years (still runs strong). http://www.dell.com/us/p/inspiron-15-5547-laptop/pd?ref=PD_OC
