Best laptop with the quietest cooling and the most cooling power?

Hello! I am in the market for a gaming laptop with minimal noise and high cooling power. I would like it if the laptop was compatible with a 10th gen intel processor or Ryzen equivalent or higher in both categories. Please give me your recommendations! Thank you!

Edit: I don’t have a specific budget, but I would like to keep it under $2000 and it would be appreciated if it could come with an Ethernet port.

Budget?

Usually 17" chassis have higher capacity for cooling the same components, but it depends on how much you want to spend and what other items you're looking for.

The one in my sig is pretty solid even on silent mode, although is pretty aggressive with power/thermals and pushing it out to a narrow window for cooling capacity.
