NAW don't do that. I've owned three of those Samsungs. One had two dozen dead pixels, and the response time on the others was just unusable. The 2ms they advertise is a GTG (Grey to Grey) response time, meaning the shortest possible time it takes for the monitor to switch between two arbitrary shades of gray. Do yourself a favor before you buy one of those, go to a store that sells it and find one that's hooked up, and move the mouse around on a white background. The ghosting that the black outline of the mouse will leave will show you what I'm talking about.
Aside from that, Samsung uses third-party panels in their product, meaning you might get an actual Samsung LCD, or you might get one from another distributor working under Samsung. If you read the reviews on the link the poster left above me you'll see that people who got third-party panels complained of horrible backlight bleeding etc.
Oh, and the contrast ratio isn't 2000:1. That's a "dynamic" contrast ratio for which there are no standards (rules that Samsung has to follow). The actual contrast ratio is 700:1.
If none of that bothers you, the Samsungs usually have a great picture and color quality, they look nice, and they're cheap, mostly because of the above reasons.
