Best low-profile card.

He wants to buy the best card that will be able to fit in his case, and work with his 220W PSU. Price isn't really a matter, he just wants the best one. So could anyone help out? Thanks.

Upgrade PSU if price isn't an issue. I can't think of a good card work with 220W PSU
What is the main use of the PC?
I recommend he upgrade the CPU if he got money.

Alright. Both CPU & Psu are going to be upgraded too. Fortunatly i have an old Anthlon X2 from an old build that will work in his mobo. He also needs a micro ATX Psu for the small case right? I found a 400W mATX Psu to buy. So is the GTS250 the best low profile? Before i read this i was planning on getting the 9800gt http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814187061

GTS 250 is faster than 9800GT, but you can't find on newegg...

PSU - not sure if it is micro-ATX PSU. I think you would better open the case to check out

The board is micro-ATX so most probably the PSU will also be Micro-ATX.

You are better off not upgrading the GPU since the interface is PCI Express x16 the new card wont perform to its full potential.

mihir is right (and it took me some time to prove myself wrong before I posted something else).

Although Compaq may have released that PC in 2009, the chipset on that motherboard (GeForce 6150SE/nForce 430) is something ancient from 2006. Shame on Compaq for being so cheap! Anyways, The chipset only supports PCIE X16 version 1.0, but the cards you listed are for version 2.0/2.1--so you'd be choking the video card. It should still work though.
