Best mid range AM2 motherboard.

Hey all I'm looking for the best or best AM2 motherboards in terms of features, overclocking etc.. just a overall good mid range motherboard for $200 NZD or under($145 USD or under),

I was looking at the ASUS M2N-E sli and the ASUS M2N-E the M2N-e seems to be more expensive? which one's better?
 
I use a K9n Diamond by MSI which is about (164.00$ a little higher than 145.00$ sorry just giving you an idea)and I've read some articles it seems to overclock well I never tried it and I've heard good things about the asus m2n sli deluxe which is around 145.00$ there are other boards and see what other user say just throwing some ideas your way
