Best mobo first build 100-150

ok i need a mobo for 150 or under. i would like
8-16gb ram support
lga 775 cpu socket
as many pci slots as possible
as many usb as possible


also what do i look for on fan connectors? it is not listed in specs.

If I had $250 to spend on a motherboard....this is what I would get. It kinda depends on what processor you have also. That would have some influence on my decision.

Personally i would only use a server motherboard in a server enviroment which is what its designed for, and i would recommend this motherboard:

You can, but they don't have many features you would need/want on a mobo, and they do have heaps features you will find totally unnecessary, not to mention they usually require dual CPUs - cost of a setup on a server mobo would be unreasonably high and you wouldn't even get everything you want, it would be total waste of money for an average user.
