Best motherboard for 3800+x2 under $200 AUD?

What would be the best MB to use for my 3800+ Dual Core, for under or around $200 AUD (lets just say $150 US)?

I'll be using it mainly for gaming but also a bit of video editing stuff.

the 32 deluxe is waaay out of my price range for a MOBO
