best nero burning rom

i want to know whats the best nero burning rom out there, because one of the dvd videos ive got when i open it up it says i ahve to purchase dvd video plug in beacuase i havnt got an MPEG-2 encoding/decoding/playback and also when i try to copy a dvd it says this to
 
also ive only got dvd5 and the dvd i want to copy is dvd9 i want to know what version of nero will let you shrink the dvd like cutting out the extras just having the main movie
 
whats better nero premium or nero ultra, i swear there is a nero burning rom with a dvd shrink with it

As elmarcorulz said, you'll need DVD Shrink to compress a DVD-9 into a DVD-5. It does not come with nero, although you can use nero to burn the converted files from DVD Shrink to a DVD.

It's a free program, so there's no harm in trying it.

As for the difference between Premium and Ultra, I read somewhere that they are exactly the same thing. It's just sold as Ultra for USA and Premium for the rest of the world.
