Best NVIDIA driver atm?

I've got a 9800GTX+ and downloaded the 195.62 a few days ago after buying Windows 7 64-bit. Since using the new drivers though I've noticed a decrease in frame rate and was wondering if it's because of the new drivers. I know some drivers are much better than others, can anyone recommend a good one?

Or, is it just that i'm using Windows 7 instead of XP or because i've changed from 32 to 64-bit?
 
Did you downlaod the correct drivers? I've accidentally downlaoded the 32 bit ones a few time myself.
