Best OC Scenerio

Quick question for you....

Let's say I OC my E2160 to 2.8 Ghz and my memory hits 750. Then I bump my OC down to 2.7 Ghz and my memory goes to 800. Which one would be better?

I guess my real question is what will you benefit more from....the faster processor or memory? Yeah, it's a "hairy" question. Thanks in advance for your help.

2.8. memory doesnt matter as much as cpu, hell i could run my ram at 667 and probably never notice the difference.

RAM is overrated except if you're using it for higher overclocks on the CPU (most CPU's tend to love high frequenties on the RAM when you're overclocking).

If it will work at 2.8Ghz and it's stable there is not need to underclock the ram (nor to overclock because you won't notice the difference between 800 and 850 at all).
