Best PC configuration for gaming within Rs.30000/-

I own a PC with the following specs presently:

Motherboard - Intel D945GCR
Processors - Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHz, 3000 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)
Graphics Card - Nvidia Geforce GT430
RAM - 2GB DDR2
PSU - Intex 400W

I am planning to upgrade my PC after six long years to be able to play games like Max Payne3, Far Cry3, Crysis3 etc. in high graphics settings without any hitch.I am not looking to upgrade again after this for another 3-4 years. What will be the best configuration for me within a budget of around Rs.30000?
 
Is there any online retailer? I am not sure how expensive is the hardware.

If it is £350 for hardware. you could consider
intel G870
Cheap Z77 motherboad
2 x 4GB DDR3 RAM
AMD 6670/ 7750, depends on your budget
HDD, what ever size you needed
Good 400 - 500W PSU.
Budget case.
 
Hey daisymtc, I am looking to purchase from Flipkart.com. AMD have overheating troubles I guess. Would prefer an Nvidia GPU. I am only looking to upgrade my CPU, GPU, RAM and PSU? How about the Intel i53570k? Would it be compatible with a Z77 motherboard??
