Best PCI Memory Card?

I have a Dimension E310 PC so I don't have a PCI-E or an AGP slot. I also don't have the money to upgrade my motherboard, so I want the best PCI graphics card out there.

The best I have found is the Radeon X1300.

FX5200 256MB seems to be okay, but it is an FX and they were generally "not the best" cards.

yes the x1300 is one of the best, if not the best PCI card out there. There's also the 6200 and the 5700LE PCI edition.

I've also seen a 9200 and 9250 Radeon's at Wal-Mart.
