Best PCIE for $250?

what's the best PCI-E card i can get for $250.... i was looking at the x1950xt, but unfortunately they do not have drivers for that card. What would be equivalent to the x1950xt?


Would it be the 7950GT?

And what do you mean the x1950XT doesnt have drivers?

its prolly an open box, only includes the card. but you should be able to get the drivers off of the manufacturers website.
