Best performing SATA 6.0 SSDs in RAID0?

Going to build my next computer here in about three months, and just trying to get an idea of the current best performing SSDs in RAID0. I was looking at getting two 120GB Max IOPS OCZ drives. But definably option to options.

I can seem to find many up to date RAID0 benchmarks latelly. Lots of old results, but none really new.

Do you have a motherboard capable of SATA 3 speeds? If so, then I would get something like this.
