Best price you could get for an 8800 gts 640mb?

I saw a few people on eBay selling them for around $100-$125, and i thought i might be able to get more locally but wow. Only $65?
Also, another question. Would you guys think that the GT260 would be a good upgrade to last this computer (in sig) for a while to come, like not to play any of the instense games and all that will come out later on but after i leave my place if it will last my parents like 5-7 years? Because i was running on a computer i had for around 5 years with XP and i just got this one to replace it.

Well if they're not going into extreme gaming (haha!) I would look at the processor. I would think the GTX 260 would be a really nice gaming card, but if they're not going to be gaming a whole lot, you could keep the GTS, which is a very good card still, and use the money for a quad core.
You know he's talking about the G80 8800GTS right? The expensive kind that performs worse than the G92 cards and is becoming obsolete.
I'd say $120 should be your minimum price. Here in Canada, they are still being sold new for close to $400. I actually just bought a used pair of them for $300 which is a great deal considering I paid $500 for the one in my sig when I first built my PC...
You know NCIX.com has prices pretty much equal to newegg... those should be no more than $130.
