Best Program To Burn DVDS?

whats the best program to use to copy dvds and make dvds from our own video files?

There are definitely a number of softwares out there. In fact I have to run more then one often enough depending type of project. I favor Roxio for other types of dvd project like Linux and data dvds where Neodvd works weill for vcds as well as dvds. Of couse video capture cards are used along with the softwares.

Presently I got to find one that copies the burns already made. When I went to copy a homemade project since I lost the original MPEG II file neodvd wouldn't copy the dvd made by neo itself. Roxio's Easy Media creator and even B's Recorder GOLD all failed to recognise the format it was in. You would think that at least Neodvd would recognise it's own burn.
