Best PSU Manufacturer?

Which PSU manufacturer would you guys consider to be the best? For three new builds I'm doing, I'm going for Arctic Power. Anyone have anything to say about them that could help? (Reliability - if it goes, does it take the rest of the PC etc). Thanks.

All depends on budget.

I would say HIPPO, Thats whats in my compaq desktop and i seam never to have any problems with it.
