best ram for this motherboard?

i was wondering which ram would be the best choice (the fastest) for this motherboard Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe ? Is ddr 3200 the fastest (just 400mhz) or can you put something faster? Like ddr2 5300?

Remember when the vendor doesn't have the details at their site see if you can locate the manufacturer's own site if not another vendor just for information. That can save you a few steps when trying to get info.
