Best routers for old Dell's...

Hello all, sorry if for being completely incompetent with this question. But I figured people here would have the best knowledge in order to get the best outcome. So...

In my vet office, we have two old school dell desktops. Pretty positive they aren't wifi capable. So I was wondering what would be the best avenue to take in order to have internet connection to both computers. We've been paying comcast for high speed internet. We now just need the right tools.

Your going to need a router and wireless cards if you want to go wireless. If the router will be in the same room as the pc's then you can just hook them up with an ethernet cable. Very capable router here.
