Best Sandy Bridge Motherboard

Well pretty simple one. Just tell me what you think and why.

Newegg (reviews) says this MSI P67A-GD55 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard is the best. Is this true?

BTW i dont want anything to far above $200.

The Gigabyte P67-UD4-B3 is high quality for $200. The bios would need to be updated to the latest (f3) and f4 should be released soon.

1155 is still a fairly new platform and the bios will continue to be improved.

Btw forgot to add that I want to overclock and I want the board to support the sandy bridge video onboard. I'm using it for gaming but I'll be using the integrated graphics until I can bug my VGA vard.
