What are the best software spam blockers available? I don't have any problem with spam since I use Thunderbird with my e-mail, but I'm just curious as to what my friend could use because she uses g-mail and continues to get spam.
well if you mean adware and spyware i use spybot search and destroy along with spyware blaster.
and when i need to scan my system i use Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal
yeah, that's what i was thinking. i think i'm going to tell her to forward her e-mails to a POP3 account so that she can use a program like Thunderbird/Outlook that has spam-blocking built-in.
