Best Thermaltake HSF Combo

Hey guys, I am building a second computer like my first, but with air cooling instead. I plan on getting a 3.4 for it, and overclocking to around 3.8 or 4GHZ. What Thermaltake HSF combo would work the best? I know they have alot of choices, and I really don't care about noise, but which of them would provide the coolest temps for a prescott.
 
I like thermaltake a lot and i did want to get the silent 775 cl-0092 but unfortunately i couldnt get it over so i went down the water cooling option
Have a look on thermaltakes site at the specs you wuld probably have more chance buying thermaltake hardware in the states
I didnt like the look of the silent towers as i believe they are over 6 inches in height and i didnt fancy putting all that stress on my mobo
 
Alright, since I have WC for my first system, I wanted to try some super powered air cooling. From what I have heard, the Thermalright SLK fan is pretty good correct? Or would I be better off with a Silt Tower.
