that is the latest BIOS for your system.

you may have actually found a system that is too old to use your GPU. It appears to be related to the old D530 CMT, which was around at the turn from AGP to PCIe. And it had very limited GPU support also.

Hope you get a positive resolution for your dc7600 inquiry...as this is an older commercial desktop. A minor point. You wrote, "And I don't know why its called a compaq, its a HUGE desktop, and has way too much space inside." Compaq does not refer to the computer's size. Wikepedia explains,
"The name 'COMPAQ' was derived from "Compatibility and Quality", as at its formation Compaq produced some of the first IBM PC compatible computers." Additionally, though this has no bearing on the inquiry, there was a small form factor version of the dc7600--the HP Compaq dc7600 Ultra-slim Desktop PC which "... is more than 75% smaller than the convertible minitower form factor."
