Best Value GPU under 350

lol long story short... whats a great deal for a GPU dx 10 under 350 dollars

My friend...Hes building a new pc... Im a core 2 duo type of guy but hes decided to go with a amd x2 6000 /w 4 gb of pc 6400... doesnt seem like hell change his mind even though Id much rather go pc 1000 + /w 2 gig and a quad core.. but anyway hes being a cheapass with a video card... any ideas what would be good a GPU with his system .. I dont know anything about AMD besides they USED to be better gaming then Intel
