Best video card for my build, 300$ budget

Hello all I'm looking for a video card to play games like gta 5 and other games like that at medium settings with decent frame rates,here is my build

Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Micro ATX AM3+

RAM: HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3-1866

Power Supply: Solid Gear 650W ATX Power Supply

Case: Ultra Etorque X1 Mid-Tower Gaming Case

CPU: AMD FX-8300 3.3GHz 8-Core

Eh, I guess that board is 4+1 instead of the other LX PLUS variants that are only 3+1.

GTX 1060 is good for gaming.


but if you're talking about your motherboard then... well... it's slightly better than poop. But still poop.

Nah it's fine honestly. As long as you're not overclocking it should do fine. The FX 8300 is a lower power consumption variant of the infamously power hungry 8320/8350 chips. Clocked a tad lower, but at 95 watt TDP rather than 125 you'll do fine.

GTX 1060 6GB is the card to go for.
