What is the best video card I can buy for 75$ and under? (Including w/ rebates)

That would definitely be a better video card. Just be sure you have at least a quality 500W PSU.

Make sure it can fit. The card is almost 12 inches long since it has no fans. Probably won't fit unless you have a fairly large case.

About 385$ to spend.
And case is 20x8x17
PSU is exactly 500 watts
CPU is Athlon II x3 2 Core 3.4 GHz
4 Gigs of RAM RIPJAWS
HD 6770 or 6670.. ( hopefully 6770)

what about motherboard, what's the psu brand (cheap psus aren't a great idea, they don't last super long and when they go they can take other parts with them, for like 20 bucks more or 10 depending on what you chose, you guaranty the safety of your system)

6770 is a good option, not super powerful but for $75 hard to beat it.


If you go with a used card you could find a gtx 460 768mb for that price these days though which is roughly 10% stronger than a 6770-

Or if you are super lucky you may find a 1gb which would be about 15% stronger.
