Best videocard?

what would be the best video card for me to put in a dell dimension 8400 that would have the least bottlenecking.

processor= P4 3.0HT
3gb ram
pci-e x16
 
you could always get a better card now and when you upgrade, if you do, in like a year you can use it for that system and buy another of the same card and run em both side by side. Saves some money down the road instead of buyin a lowend now and 2 more later if you want to go for that. I'd say go with the 4850 for about $130 and a couple months from now theyll probably 2/3's the price. That's if your planning to upgrade. P4's aren't quite up to date but i'm in the same boat as you i'm still sittin on Athlon 3400 and i can't play crap on it. Go with a decent card now and push it to its fullest until you get a better system
 
All right. i was planning on getting a 4850 before. where can i find a cheap good one around 100-150. only place i saw was tigerdirect and they only had 3 to choose from.
 
I would have recommended the 4850 also, except you said with the "least bottlenecking." But yea, maybe you can just pop it into your new system when you have a better CPU.
