Best way to ship a motherboard?

Anyone ship these regularly? I'm shipping an old motherboard from a computer to someone, and would like to know the most effective, efficient way to pack and ship it safely...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Put it in an antistatic bag and put it in a small enough box that it will fit in with packing material. Then put that box in a little bit bigger box with packing material and then ship it.

you can get the right size box from an office supply or post office. maybe some bubble wrap or Styrofoam balls for added protection. (for the bounce).
