Best Z97 Mobo Under $120- 2015

Hello all!
I am planning on using an Intel 4690K with a Z97 mobo in my first real upcoming gaming/ mid-performance build. My budget for the mobo is around $100, but $120 is ok as long as there is a legitimate reason. The problem is I do not know what motherboard to choose, or really where to even start!

[EDIT] I've been suggested the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI by many people, what do you think?

My requirements are as follows:

1. Z97, ATX
2. Easy(ish) Over-clocking (As in an easy to use BIOS as I plan to OC in the future)
3. Reliable and future-proof.
4. More PCI-E slots the better (Obviously :P)

I simply do not know where to start, if anyone could offer up some suggestions that would be perfect!

That's the same motherboard I have, and I love it. Nice BIOS for OCing, and supports SLI too.

Another option is the ASRock Z97 Pro4, or something like that.

Hey about the motherboard:
I've narrowed it down to two MB's a ASRock or GIGABYTE
ASRock (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157503R)
The ASRock allows for higher overclocks of CPU and RAM as well as 3-way SLI/CF but requires a molex above the PCI slots.
It allows for 10 GBP/s SATA express but doesn't provide a M.2 slot anywhere.
Has an intel Gigabit Ethernet
GIGABYTE (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128714) (same as the one recommended)
Lower power consumption but near enough same processing results as ASRock.
Two-way SLI/CF and doesn't require a molex to work.
It does support 10 GBP/s SATA express and an M.2 slot
But standard ethernet and all rear I/O ports have an ESD guard.

Hope this helps in your decision making and good luck with the build
