I am not too sure about beta testing, but on reviews, you can sign up to do reviews for them, and you get to keep some high end parts. I just got a $150 NZXT case for free, all for doing a review.

In my case, The best way is to contact a side admin, and ask them if you would be able to do a review, and give some background to who you are, links to sites where you are most active, and the specs of your system. And if they're interested, they will most likely reply to you, with stuff to test.
