It depends on your system. Those modules are built for different types of configurations.

If it's an AMD system you're building, don't waste your time. They're dogs anyways. Put Hyundai in it or something. Better yet, don't buy an AMD POS at all (yes, every AMD I've worked on lately has been a total piece of garbage, including the Phenom I worked on a couple of days ago).
 
I have an E6700 that absolutely slaughters those X2 pieces of crap. Destroys them. I'm looking forward to my new CPU, also an Intel....

It's no wonder that AMD's sales projections fell way short this quarter.. You have to build a processor worth buying before you can hope to make some decent coin. They're even getting totally annihilated in the laptop market. Intel is just slaughtering them. The AMD financials aren't the only thing that's red.
